Yeah you have to clean them up , cut out the rubbish you find in there, which when you think about what a kidneys main function is, you dont want that in your food.. Steak, Mushroom and Ale Pie ... damn .. hungry

Burton is a bit grim mate and I live in Stoke ! .. Still the brewery tours are ace , in particular the sampling bits at the end

Lived here 6 years now and I have never been on one. Burton Bridge Brewery make the best ales in Burton for what it's worth.
