you got to make sure you have sufficient BTU's for both heating and hot water if you have a Combi...usually over 60,00BTU's

1 BTU ( British Thermal Unit ) is the amount of heat required to raise 1 pound of water 1 degree F

I've had a vailant and Worcester in recent years (moved house). I'd recommend both.
