Making a concerted effort to read more, should do really as an English graduate. Anybody have any recommendations ? I'm talking fiction really, not really bothered about a particular genre, and don't particularly care if they're new or old. Old might even be preferable as new e-books are never cheap.

Cheers.

The book thief's not bad mate. Read it last year. Films out now. Not seen it, but book's worth a read.

What subjects interest you?

I'm not picky to be honest mate, i tend to read a lot of different genres, my last two books were The Fault in Our Stars (really good if a bit soppy), and The Road. Before that it was The Reluctant Fundamentalist ! If it gets a good review then i'll tend to give it a go.

I tend not to read a lot of sci-fi although i don't know if that's coincidence or just that i'm subconsciously not that into it.

Try this mate:

Fictional novels is not something I've been involved with lately. I've stuck to factual myself. Sorry I couldn't have been more help.
