Bob Geldoff kinda looks like he smells like piss doesn't he? A real perpetrator of questionable personal hygiene I have ascertained. I would almost certainly not be flabbergasted to discover he was a Liverpool football club enthusiast.

Whoever gave this charlatan a cent I am not afraid to offend you super hard right now, in your anus.

Thrillions (I'll say it again you little beauts ) THRILLIONS of pounds/euros/dollars get spent on dropping bombs on children by 'first world' governments. (insert picture of Keanu Reeves going 'whoa').

And now once again Geldoff the grey wants you -the struggling working class to dip so hard into your snickers trouser pockets your callus fingers come out the end where your feet stand. What was it last time? Hunger in Africa? How did that work out? Smhickles.

Write a celebrity song and dance about how useful that child killing 'war' money can be used towards curing Ebola Bob, you shithouse . Write an intelligent informative song. Or use the same crap song from the 80's and aim it at the working class, make it about us and don't mention the Thrillions we can take back from these government’s using it for death and destruction.

In other news, have they still not found that missing plane? I'm still freaked out over that. What's happening there like?

By painting Africa as a helpless, torrid place, ruining tourism for the whole continent which outstrips by far and away the amount Band Aid will raise, all for his own ego?

Yeah, top bloke.
Harsh that like

I know I wasn't perusing brochures for West Africa, for my next jollies, before auld Bob piped up trying to raise a few quid to help them out.

I think the words 'deadly virus' killed the tourist trade mate.

He could have released a song positively promoting Africa and raised money for the cause that way, highlighting the best of Africa whilst raising money to combat the worst.

Instead, he lazily rehashed the same negative song that portrays a continent as "a world of dread and fear" that hasn't moved on in 30 years and did more harm than good.

Don't think I'm being harsh, especially when he dismisses any criticism of him as 'bollocks' because he has a massive ego.

Again. At least he did something.

Yes, he actually harmed the long term prosperity of an entire continent by not listening to legit concerns about what he was doing in the pursuit of his own ego.

He was fairly warned by those in the know in advance of doing this - the net result is the impression that a bunch, smug celebrities think Africa is the dump of the world and feel sorry for them, like a beggar in the street.

It may be done from naivety more than malice, but I can't applaud Geldof even the tiniest bit for this. He got it completely wrong.

Told him hes a scruffy [Poor language removed] at the fa cup final when we played chelsea.

Him and Bono are nobheads, preaching to people to give give give, try putting there hands in there own pockets first
