Wayne Rooney (Outside Goodison, called his brother a swear word because he was pestering him whilst signing autographs!)

That's about it like.

Oh, Abel Xavier I think too.

I've met Neville Southall, Steve Simonsen, Kevin Ratcliffe, Alan Whittle, Pat Nevin, Matt Jackson, Paul Rideout (twice) and Sharpy rang me up once. I had a mortgage appointment with Ian Snodin's niece Helen in Sheffield a couple of years ago too (does that count?). Gary Stevens did physio on my cousins shoulder.

I met a nearly Evertonian a couple of weeks ago - David Holdsworth. He told me Kendall nearly brought him with him from Sheffield United when he returned to us, but Shef U had already turned down more from Sunderland for him than we were prepared to offer. Reckons HK was amazing to work for - I asked him if he'd ever been able to outdrink him (no), and if he'd ever met anyone more mental than John Bailey, who was with Kendall at Shef U (also no). Nice bloke Holdsworth - we got Carl Tiler instead...

Southall - met at a game (1-0 v Derby).
Hibbert - got his autograph when he was having lunch at same pub.
Lescott - went to a wolves evening he was at.
Ibrahim Said - sat behind him at GP.
Martin Keown - was mates with one of my dads colleagues.
Stuart McCall - once pushed my grandad around his local hospice.
Lee Carsley - played for Birmingham City legends near where I live.
Tim Cahill - brother met him in Dubai (not me).
Wayne Rooney - brother met him in Madrid (not me again!)
Francis Jeffers - met in a bar in Bristol (he was wearing an awful pink shirt!)
Peter Beardsley - got his autograph while shopping in Southport as a 8 year old.
