Just a reminder of a free night in the Winslow for all older Blues 70 yrs and above how served in any of the armed forces between 1940 and 1956, that would take in WW2/ADEN/KOREA/KENYA.
Friday 7 th November 8 ish, there will be a young lady singing all the old war time songs, also The Liverpool ukelele band, I hope to have a former EFC manager who is 83 calling in, FOOD Bangers and mash with onion gravy will be served during the night, All those over 70 all the drinks will be free or untill the money runs out. So if your dad, grandad, or any of your family are still around, bring them down, they WILL have a great night
Not all the old Blues came back from those bad times, but for those that did, this is there night.
