If a big club comes in for Tom Ince in the summer. His dad will probably tell him to go. Better wages and all. He won't get as much game time, like . But he'll get wealthy doing it.

Said it before I'm told it's the job nobody wanted . Against advice of his agent I know a manager who went for talks and couldn't get out fast enough once the talks started and it didn't take Appleton long to realise what the club is run like.

When they gained promotion there were very strong ' rumours ' that those running the club paid themselves huge dividends and the chairman claimed he stood down as he wouldn't deal with agents until it was revealed there were bankruptcy issues meaning he couldn't be chairman .

I think the fact ince has gone there shows the lack of candidates and how badly he wants to get back into football.
