When was it the weather was so bad that the 3rd round went on until March or something?

1963 I think it was, that was one of the worse winters ever in the UK.

I'm pleased they got rid of those drawn games that if there wasn't a winner they would just keep playing until there was a winner, back in the days without penalties. there would be like six replays until someone scored more than the opposition.

Sheffield vs Arsenal 1979 being such an example.
