Can't see sky picking us v Blackburn as their 1st game myself but stranger things have happened
It's matchday 3 though. Still think you're right however. Planning a 4/5 day stay in England over that weekend, and I want to see as many games as possibble in that period. So, would be highly appreciated, if Sky moved it to the sunday. Might have to look at alternatives (skip Everton that is) if not. Don't really entertain the idea of that

Sky will say their tv games in the next week [ish],normally takes just over 2 weeks for them to sort tv games out,
Sky/Espn should pick their tv games before Fixtures are Released for prem league to stop all the messing changing times/days etc,then announce all games to us

Looking at the other fixtures that week, there's Man Utd v Arsenal, and Spurs v Man City, which I'd think would be guaranteed to be moved for TV purposes. There's also Villa vs Wolves (midlands derby) and Chelsea v Norwich that I also think may be put on before us.
