So the tails are up, and apparently the last game for Landon (if picked), I see this as our 3rd hardest game left, after Villa and City away. 6 pointer this one.

Very important game, will take us well clear of Brum.

However, go look at our home form, then our away form, and tell me you aren't worried.

I can do what the hell I want.

Now are we going to do these slow talkers or what?

if this is Donovan's last game he will play with his heart on his sleeve... We should take this one, one would think 3-1 COYB

Oh my God. Please tell me Ghost isn't going to be compering our future match threads.

Pictures Hamelin, a pipe, and 40,000 fans jumping off a cliff due to depression.

The Everton rollercoaster continues from the [Poor language removed] to the sublime again, and were all resting a little easier after putting Hull City to bed on the weekend.

It's our third time against Birmingham this season and the others have ended in a draw and a defeat, both at Goodison too, so at least we have a grounded opinion of what to expect. This will not be an easy game.

McLeish has done a wonderful job there and now resides over a team that could almost be circa Moyes six years ago. Strong and committed in the tackle, and with a very under-rated centre back pairing, they counter well and rarely give away points without a battle. Their league placing for the most part of this season has been no fluke.

Whilst they may find it a tad tougher with the much referred to second season syndrome kicking in next year, they are along with Fulham battling with us for the just outside the boss clubs of the season championship unless you're in the camp who believe we can grab an unlikely European spot.

That Yeung though, he's hiding something, there's war crimes there somewhere and even if he's never took part in any war there's defo something not right.

Everton were splendid for the most part in their last game so it would seem that we will line up similar. The only change could be enforced if the extent of Osman's injury rules him out but it has to be said that Rodwell look extremely handsome next to Heitinga and Arteta, it would be nice to see a great full ninety minute performance from Rodwell but alongside the in form other two that's a midfield with real balance and some much needed grit which they'll need in this game.

Yakubu should remain up front and if he can add his usual lazy boss slotting to his long striker game then he should hopefully appease the many who painted him as one stage worse than Mick Madar unfairly on the weekend. He's likely to play [Poor language removed] now I've said that and make me look a blert.

With the season in the balance, and by that I mean somewhere in between we'll finish eighth probably or maybe a Euro place is someone wins the FA Cup, then these next sequence of games will provide your answer. It's winnable though, we just need the boss Everton to turn up.
