It is an absolutely absurd decision, even by their own very high standards of absurdity. He turned that club around when they were in an absolute state, to the point that they are seventh, three points off third, and that is after spending less than five million in his entire time there (in net spend terms its something like £500,000).

He will probably be good odds to get the next PL job that comes up. I'd have had him here.
 
I know when he 1st went there he turned the club around from relegation certs and as far as i know hes doing ok this season,just outside the play off places I think
