Hopefully its just a mild strain and he got pulled off as a precaution.

Disappointing to see him go off.

In terms of all round play I thought he was much better yesterday.

Because he played well and gave a good all round performance. Good footwork, intelligent in possession and looked for the ball and tried to make things happen.

Sadly you, like alot of our fans, want to see a pacy, touch line hugging winger. That is just not going to happen, it's not what he is.

Good call, TB. He's much more effective ranging in and out and distributing the ball than blasting down the sides to make/catch crosses. Delighted he's a Blue - excellent find my Moyes. Hope his injury is minor. Everton need his spark.

TB, if he is not that then what is he and why did Moyes buy him? It was not to be a striker that is for sure. So what he is here for?

So Everton can put out more than one player on the pitch that has even an inkling of getting creative and moving the ball. Pienaar is class but IMO he's better at receiving the ball and moving it rather than distributing it about. Billy has shown he's not afraid to get others involved and he's a desperately needed lefty in the MF. Think he'll prove to be a bargain of a purchase.
