Coleman can be a real reliability defensively though.

Yes - he has to spend some time at RB before going permanent back there. Hard to ask him to be stellar defensively when he's been playing RM for what seems like forever.

So combine that with a defensively anemic Bily out right? Disaster.

Everyone says its a confidence thing with Bily, but i dont think ive ever seen him looking confident and Moyes HAS given him a run of games and persisted with him a few times in the past and he hasnt taken the chance. Even in the games when he's scored the wondergoals he's been a passenger for the rest of the 90 minutes.

I just dont think he is suited to the Premier League whatsoever and i think the people hankering for him to be given more of a run in the team mustnt have watched him properly and only seen the goals he's scored

The squad we've got at the minute is a lot stronger than its given credit for and IMO Bily shouldnt be anywhere near the starting line up, players like Gueye, Barkley, Drenthe, Osman, Coleman should be picked ahead of him every day of the week. It weakens our side whenever Bill is picked over one of these who offer much more over the course of 90 minutes

i thought bily offered alot more against wigan than coleman did..

He did, and it was in the wrong position.

Also people saying he's had a run of games and its not a confidence issue, well in those run of games its still playing on the left, and ive never seen a player singled out so much by the fans after every mistake.

If bily put in the performances Osman does there wouldn't be a problem... but he doesn't... ever!!!
Imo bily is worse than useless for us & should preferably never play for us again.

His price tag has a lot to do with it mate, doesn't happen so much with other clubs as they sign big money players on a more consistent basis so mistakes aren't highlighted, same thing happened with fellaini in the early days, I'm not saying bily doesn't deserve criticism...but it is highlighted more with him than it is with others

Seriously? Although I could see him as a fullback. But I wouldn't want him as a last man for anything. Hope these were friendlies.

Also highlighted due to his body languuage. There are others that are just as gash, but for some reason when he's not on, Bily looks like a wounded deer out on the pitch. Don't kill Bambi!!!!!!
