Greek Fisherman

Player Valuation: £8m
Was looking back at his goals and noticed most have come from right mid when he gets the opportunity to cut back inside on to his left.

There are many others.. esp from his time in Russia.

Maybe now with Drenthe, Moyes will move him back to the right. Thought he played well in the first half against Wigan.

A winger, at everton you say.... Hmm.

I think a confident Bily offers more than Seamus at the start.. Seamus would be an immense 60th minute sub to run at tired defenses.

He was always better if he played in right midfield then he is on the left - cut back to inside is really powerful gun IMO.. He could be our Robben, the best footballer on the planet in that discipline.. he would be like a new signing if Moyes will put him there.. Coleman can play right back then finally..

In theory that's how it should work, but Bilyaletdinov's always looked a little awkward out there, and the lack of overlapping fullback hasn't helped, to be fair to him. I think he is what he is really, there's always going to be inconsistency there, no matter where he plays. He's a mixed bag really.

Coleman's a difficult one because I think he really improves the shape of the side, whether he's playing well or not. He has his limitations as a wide player but you can always count on him to put in an pacy, energetic display. He livens things up for us. My hope is that Drenthe can provide a similar, more technical version on the left.

I still can't believe people leave out Ross Barkley's name in these discussions. 17 or not, he's a better player than both of them. By all means, take him out every now and then, but this kid should be playing more often than not. If you want someone to cut inside and shoot from either flank then it's him.

Agree with every word of that

I haven't seen enough of Barkley but of the little that I have I think he is better suited to attacking centre mid, in behind the strikers.
There are very few players in the league that have Bily's shot from distance. He needs to be given a license to shoot!
