Possibly, what I do like though is that dunc and rhino obviously consider coaching itself as a vocation rather than an apprenticeship to the big seat, and that for me is really important when getting the right people at the club

It's great that they're doing all the coaching badges(essential) etc but, in reality if the managers job was offered to them, the 'vocation' of coach would go out the window. No way would they say no.

Brilliant read that. I've never considered Dunc an Everton legend as such, but after reading that I may have to revise my opinion of him.

wha? Suppose there is a differentiation between legend and hero/cult hero. He'll always be my biggest everton hero though.
