He's retiring.

He doesn't really have a case to answer though does he?

If a court say why did you appoint MTK and Kinahan? He just answers well because they got me a world title fight when I was about 28 stone.

Everyone has knew MTK are dodgy for years but I doubt the boxers will have any problems from it.

I don‘t think it’s that mate.

Kinahan is well on the radar of the American authorities now and that only ever ends one way.

It’s like Escobar looking after you as a promoter.

Fury is cutting loose, before it hits the fan.

Fury is jumping before it hits the fan.

Fury doesn't have to work with him though? No reason why he can't continue his career as he has no obligation to work with him. He's not working with him for the fight this weekend and MTK/Kinahan aren't getting a penny for it. Frank Warren confirmed that the other day.

Kinahan going down is a matter of time but no boxer is retiring due to it. They manage all of the Smith brothers, Josh Taylor, Sunny Edwards and countless others. Over 200 boxers in total.

No he is not involved in drug dealing and murder on a large scale, he doesn't have a case to answer for in thise terms. However he wont be able to pass it of as rumour, innuendo anymore. He is a close friend of Kinnihan. He was brokering his Joshua fight. He was his advisor for years (by Fury's own admission).

Every single boxer signed up to MTK probably knew it was suspect. If you're getting your head punched in for a living and someone offers 5% management fees instead of 10/15% you're going to do it. Kinahan and his family deserve to go down but as I mentioned I don't think Fury deciding to retire (he might not in the end but still) is down to the Kinahan situation.

Of course Kinahan is still involved somehow and of course he will still be getting paid from this fight. Probellum and Boxxer, he’s involved in them. Loads of fighters are in bed with him, promoters, news outlets are all in bed with him. These sanctions, won’t stop that.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see Sky part ways with Matthew Macklin in the coming weeks, he’s very good mates with Kinahan still. If the is a full investigation into this, boxing will have a lot to answer for. Even gyms in Liverpool have benefited from Kinahan and the money he’s pumped into them.

This is Fury, he contradicts himself in every sentence. He isn’t retiring after this fight. No way. He’s just saying that to promote it even more.

He’ll only retire again, if he fails those drug tests again.

When you don't like someone for a biggotted reason. To hate him and make it social acceptable you take whatever grainual of negativity you can get about them. And you blow it up.

He's not going to be able to keep dodging questions about his connections to and sports washing of one of the worlds biggest drug cartels outside of Mexico.

A hiatus might not be the worst idea He's had.
You act like he’s the only boxer who’s been signed to them. There’s hundreds. Callum smith, Beefy, frampton, Saunders, Josh Taylor, Martin Murray, Jack Catteral just of the top of my head. The whole of boxing has turned a blind eye to it for years, it was MGM then MTK, it’s still operating now under Probellum. Again it’s all fake outrage from the boxing community.

As if he will quit over that, he’s been saying this before every fight for years. He’s retired about 5 times.
