Betting Question

I am an American, and not too familiar with the world of sports betting. I know the answer to this is only a google away, but unfortunately my work internet filter blocks gambling websites.

I placed a parlay (accumulator bet) on Everton with a (-1) handicap, and West Brom to beat Villa (draw no bet). By itself, the odds for Everton were 3.82, and the odds for West Brom were 1.27, for combined odds of 4.85.

My question is, what happens if West Brom draw Villa? I would assume that I don't automatically lose the entire bet, but does this call off the entire bet? Or will it adjust the odds and keep my Everton bet open?

Any insight would be most appreciated.

Yea i placed it after I found out about Adkins, didn't seem like they had changed the odds and I think we're due for a big win.

Is there anyway of getting the stats for when teams score?

I mean, can I find out if any teams tens to score early and others leave it late? I know we have a habit of leaving it late but what about other teams?

I thought you where only allowed to bet at casinos (race courses in the usa are all accompanied with huge casinos on the side).

I also thought you could be prosecuted as an american if you use an exchange like betdaq or betfair?
