Gerard invented the move where the player puts his trailing leg into the tackler to make it look like he's been clipped. He did it perfectly in the derby some years ago when in a race into the box with Hibbert. He's running a straight line but he then extends his left leg to the side into Hibbert and at the same time starts his fall.
