No better comedy actor ever.. in my opinion. Nobody has ever had his comic timing or delivery ... it’s not something you can teach ... you just have it.

Have to like that cos I loved Ronnie Barker, but when you talk about timing, Eric Morcambe for me . Eric and Ernie were brilliant together, just pipped the two Ronnies imo.

I'm sure its excellent given what people whos opinion i value say about it, but I've never been able to watch the series of MASH because of my love for robert altmans movie

The series MASH was better than the film at first imo. Went too sentimental towards the end

Drop the Dead Donkey is a good shout Will have to see if it’s available anywhere as been years since I’ve seen it.

Totally different, but liked ‘Cheers‘. Woody Harrelson in his early years was great in it.
