A good haul this year! Got a really nice shirt from my sister-in-law. More often than not, despite the good intentions, I'm generally underwhelmed by clothing bought for me by other people (old body image issues), so very happy at this turn of events.

Didn't get any pressies this year, but I think my mum is giving me a big box of shortbread so I'm made up with that

Asked for no presents as buying a house and my parents are lending me some money, still got some money of them for clothes.

Girlfriend and I didn't get each other anything because of the move. Presents least important thing to me on Christmas day.

Won't knock back prezzies if they're coming my way, but I like that idea. Missus and I always go overboard on gifts for each other, and nice as that is, none of them are essential. Been just her, me, my mum and dad for lunch today and easily the best bit of the day has been the relaxing, conversation and food.
