Best place to look for used cars / vans

barring ebay and autotrader are there any other decent sites to look for a used car / van..

ive used ebay a few time for cars in the past, you never really know what your getting.

I wont have a big budget. around about a grand... transit van or vw golf … it only has to get me to work and back

both.. need to be able to rely on myself to get to work, hence getting a car. getting picked up at moment, but its always best to have your own car for work!

your soo right.... I always do this. I think its just the excitement of actually earning a few quid again, I will try not to rush in to things ...

doesn't HAVE to be a van, but with the weather being wet and that at moment , whatever car / van I get is going to get covered in crap.

it doubles up as a canteen as that's where I eat too

It's where you're going to get the chloroform from that might be the problem.
