Best place for a bowl of Scouse in the city?

As an Irishman, Scouse is very like our Irish stew, infact some of the people i know say the best Scouse they ever had was on the Belfast shipyards.

Im gonna be over in a couple of weeks and wondering... where does the best scouse in the City?
