Check out sky bets forecast for next season. They have villa and spurs doing better than us. That would be a good bet for next season. EFC to finish above both AVFC and THFC.

Think Spurs are in that band of 3/4 clubs after the so-called top 4 and this seasons position is something of a false one (i expect them to be vying with us and Villa in these positions next season). Certainly nice to see though that we have established ourselves as a top 6 club

If villa and spurs spend big this summer, if o'neill and ramos get to improve their respective squads, they will both be top six contenders.

spurs have replaced king with woodgate. and brought hutton and bale in.

villa could have keeper issues (keep your eye on given and jaaskalinen) mellberg seems on his way so they need defense recruits, midfield is solid, but a full season plus europe will tell on agbon and carew. so they need a striker or two.

as for us, this vaughan problem is worrying, we need a world class centre mid, and possibly a right back. a full time left footer would be nice too, blackburn arent so hot and MGP is still there.

If you look at the form from Spurs since Ramos has taken over then they're probably not far behind us, and are certainly top six on current form. They simply had an awful start to the season. I expect them to be serious challengers next season.

Like i said, if Kenwright can't back us to progress, then he shouldn't be here.
