Wondering what your best home game has been this season. My two were Blackpool at home, which was my daughters first game. It was amazing in the second half with all the goals flying in and she has been hooked since then. The City game has to be up there, it was a special atmosphere in the second half, the team showed a lot of fight, ossies header was pure gold and the ground was rocking.

Blackpool was the most fun i've ever had at Goodison.

City was also special, Lescott is on double wages, now has a winners medal instead of a runners up and a spot in the Champions League; but at least I could say I was there when he and his team mates choked, big time.

This is the first season since 1997 I havent been to GP :( Not for want of trying I just havent had the time or money.

But Reading at home was the best crywank I've had in ages so that one.

Has to be Blackpool, surely? End to end footie, a topsy turvy scoreline and Saha bagging 4!

I also enjoyed the Sunderland one as I went to that, and we absolutely dominated from start to finish.

In a disappointing season there are actually a few really good games to choose from

• The Derby – battered them on a great sunny Goodison afternoon.
• Man Utd – the comeback
• Spurs – Night match, “the Old Lady” at its best
• City – the 2nd half, the atmosphere, the capitulation by City and they lost it big time after
• The Chelsea Cup game at home – We played really well in this game and felt robbed by their soft equaliser, little did we know then how good the revenge would be.
• But my personal favourite was the Blackpool game – My little lad was chosen at random by the club to be Mascot, Whole family there and everyone loved it. Wife’s first game since the 4-4 twenty years prior. She averages 8 goals a game.

When you look at it like this you know the season ticket is worth it, even with all the accompanying disappointments.

Deffo Derby, that was an amazing wing ding. Back and forth and up and down. It was like football had Christmas and got really good prezzies.

We have had quite a few memorable matches especially at home, the problem is that is has usually been followed by a pish performance. We have had our hopes built up then let ourselves down. Consistency is the key next season. I hope we finish the season on a high on sunday.
