Everton 3-1 Spurs, April 2004

It was the classic relegation six-pointer and although now I'd probably find it underwhelming, at the time the matchday experience was relatively new and it felt electric inside Goodison.

After Yobo put us three up in no time at all the ground was raucous.

Here it is ( watch it all the way )

This fella is a hooly who 'warms' the fans up.

Went to a few Old Firm games when there was still terracing and if the person next to you was talking to you then you couldn't hear what they were saying for the entire 90 minutes. Even if they weren't Glaswegian. Immense, unorchestrated noise.

We sat with the Sevilla fans in the first leg of the Europa League semi final 1st leg vs. Valencia last season. Absolutely brilliant, old men jumping up randomly to put their hand on their heart and belt out a club song, the rest of the stadium bouncing. And I turned up in an Everton shirt!!

First game of @TX Bill and the last night I was a single man.

* the two occasions are not linked

As much as I hate to say it, the Wimbledon relegation game. Grown men weeping with relief and mass out pouring of joy, that turned into a City wide bender after the game.

I was in the St end right at the back and I remember a copper taking his helmet off and throwing it in the air and losing it at the final whistle.
