Reidy's Bottle Of Grecian

The Unobstructed View
so your gonna knock up a barm, which type do you go for ?
for me the ingredients can greatly determine what i go for....

crusty cob with a nice bit of lancashire, onion and some picalilli

flowery bap the only type for a chip-barm

asda type barm butties when you are going somewhere as your not arsed if they get squashed, usually ham and mustard

then you've got your ones with poppy seeds and shiz, these are what i have your pastrami's and suchlike on.

of course cheese & onion is lendable to any, as it tuna, onion and mayo.

i hasten to add that in no instance should a 'burger bun' with sesame seeds and big aero holes in be used..... not even for burgers.

Totally agree with the burger bun's too, horrible things! I'd rather have a burger on sliced bread

i prefer a burger on a breakfast muffin - toasted. they used to toast them and melt the cheese onto the bun in the 'arl wimpies, before they went like mcd's. they did knickerbocker glories and brown derbies in there as well.

chips cheese and gravy, i only tried it a few months ago, i now see what the fuss is about. But never try it at home because for some reason it just doesn't work

cheese and chips sounds wrong, with gravy sounds like the kind of thing that i wouldn't even consider if the only option was a hawaiian pizza.

i'd go hungry.

Pineapple and sweetcorn italian base pizza with chips cheese and gravy on the side. I'm well hungry now

cheesy chips has passed me by at some point, i just don't get it.

It is devils food from Wales Reids............a culinary abomimation..........chips with chips, cheese with more cheese and onion or whatever floats your boat but not chips. Grilled cheese on toast is also a delight

i just had some crumpets, dripping with butter. They have their own version of them as well.

They have little crinoline frocks starched, lace hats and Shepard's crooks, singing sweetly as they bring in the water from the well with sheep flocking round their feet.................can't see you know who being like that:D
