Voted for Rage Against The Machine, as someone who dabbles a bit on the guitar i remember when it came out and hearing Tom Morello's guitar playing on it and it just blew my head off, so underated as a guitar player.

1. Divine Intervention - Slayer (TOTAL POWER!)
2. In Utero - Nirvana (the crunchiest & the filthiest & the heaviest, superior to the clean/sterile Nevermind)
3. Vitalogy - Pearl Jam (the only progressive album they ever did...shame as they did it really well)

In the Aeroplane over the sea by Neutral Milk Hotel - c'mon now lads. That is a stone cold all-timer, although having one of the worst band names in history may have put people off picking it up at the time.
