Premier League top scorer season before last even though played half the games most strikers did. The only reason he doesn't play is a certain Wayne Rooney is playing like a boss for United lately.

I'd take him in a heartbeat. Swap for Baines though? Probably not, we have a good striker already, but we don't have any left backs.

Take baines out of the equation... And I'd give 4-5M for him gladly.

Pretty sure he'd take wage drop but would still be high... Tbh would prob rather spend that cash on Dempsey.

Dont think he would get 90k a week anywhere now, plus he is saying that he desperately wants to move from united so he will probably take a wage cut if he wants first team football.

It's not a question of wanting him, it's a question of Baines going the other way. You can't replace him unless perhaps you get Evra, who's only got a few years left, and won't happen anyway.

We need a striker is what im getting at.
If moyes doesnt play two up front then we need cover in case Jelavic gets injured. We could then play Naismith on the wing.
Still have the 10 million for baines to spend on a left back.
