What is love?
Does anyone else suffer from this?

I had a particularly bad episode today whilst out for a walk.

Walking over a bridge, with a canal on one side and then a main road below. I got about a few steps in and had to turn back. I bet the people who were walking towards me must have thought that I was a complete wuss, and I admit that I was. Pretty embarrassing.

I’ve lost my bottle absailing once, legs just started shaking.

I also lost a bet with the pilot when I was in the navy and he took me up in a Lynx helicopter and scared the life out of me.

I've had a fair few dreams where I have super bad vertigo, like to the point I'm crawling on the ground to get back to safety. In the real world I have never had that issue. I've been across the rope bridge at Carrick-a-Rede, which I assume would be a no go for people with vertigo and enjoyed it.
