I am astonished when I log on here and see UK based posters posting stuff at like 3.00 am.

I am usually tucked up, story read and cocoa drunk by 10.00 pm ish, bit later on a Saturday when I aint working/knackered the next day.

10 ish on a work night, whenever I pass out on a weekend.

I imagine the local lads who post on here at all hours don't work and live in their Mum's spare room eating Sayers pasties and fewming when she asks them to nip the shop for a pint of milk in case their world of Warcraft crew talk about the time they saw a woman in real life.

10pm weeknight generally, usually go and lie in bed and watch TV from around 9.00/9.30pm, and around 10.30pm on a Saturday!

God it's rubbish getting old.

Usually 11 most nights, but the kids sometimes cause other schedules. Maybe if I'm not tired and am up playing video games then 1am, but that's increasingly rare.
