By "return" I mean they will take it back. You don't physically return it, you contact them and they arrange to have it picked it up.Its deliverd in a box

I imagine they put it in a new cover, flattened and roll it up (as seen in video) put it in a new box and resell it.By "return" I mean they will take it back. You don't physically return it, you contact them and they arrange to have it picked it up.
I've been thinking of one of these. My last mattress is 10 years old now. Starting to sag at the sides. Cost over £1200 when new but it's still very comfortable. Grass isn't always greener etc! I'd like to know how you get on!This isn't supposed to be an advert for the Emma mattress, just a forum for opinions about this type of mattress. I might not even like the EM!
By other types I mean Casper, Eve, Leesa, Otty, Purple et al
Told you I'd done my research![]()

I'm going to do a video review and put it on my YouTube channel. I'll post a link to it later. The mattress is currently being held by UPS because the delivery was held up until the day after I left for La Palma. Because I forgot to get international roaming set up before I left you, wouldn't believe the job I had trying to stop delivery and get it rescheduled!I've been thinking of one of these. Don't you miss Ashtonian?I've recently ordered an Emma Mattress. It's one of those that come rolled up in a box. Has anyone ever bought one, or any other make? If so, what did you think of it?
Most are around £600 for a double bed size. I got £85 discount and paid £514How much are these mattress in a box things? There seems to be a glut of them at the moment.
That said, since being on holiday, and sleeping on a (I think) super king-size bed, we've decided to get a bigger bed when we get home. I've just got an email back from Emma saying it's not a problem - just try the mattress and, if we like it, return it for a full refund and order the bigger one, which will be discounted by £100Most are around £600 for a double bed size. At last someone asks the question!I’ve bought one of those roll up mattresses
It was a silent night mattress
As thin as ( well you know ) and not worth a toss
Got rid after 2 months and spent 1200 Euro on a proper one
The Emma one seems a lot thicker judging by the video.
But as has been said the open with a wallop.
Has anyone said they have slept on an Emma but not the mattress ??
There's an American one - Nectar - that is sold with a 365 night money back guarantee, so you can sleep on it during all seasons. Sadly they don't send it to the UKI’ve bought one of those roll up mattresses

They're all memory foam, of varying types. This isn't supposed to be an advert for the Emma mattress, just a forum for opinions about this type of mattress. I might not even like the EM!

I was wary of memory foam myself for the same reasons, and the fact you can apparently feel 'locked' in one position. That's why I chose the EM as it's not the same. I'll say no more on it, otherwise it'll look like I set this thread up to advertise it. I haven't even had it delivered yet! They're all memory foam, of varying types.
Memory foam does not agree with me - I find it far too soft, and very, very warm. So warm that it significantly disturbs my sleep. So it's a no from me.
