When I was 18 my mate got suspended from school for having a beard so we all decided to grow them in support, they couldn't suspend us all right? Man, I tried so hard to grow one I would wet shave a few times a day as I was told it makes it grow back faster and hairier. Alas, I never grew one in school but look how magnificent mine is now!

Having a bit of trouble growing my own beard sadly. I cant go the goatee way because it doesn't grow between my lip and chin.

But im getting to the point of stubble and then the beard just goes scruffy and doesnt even try to grow out! surely for the length of time i have not shaved for, the beard should be much further along than what it is?

BTW havent shaved for like 2 months, maybe a bit more and its less than an inch long in length.

A full beard takes months, no-one can get a proper full on long beard in 2 months. 6 months at least to get any real length, a proper beard takes real commitment to the cause, I'm 4 months in and still no where near as long as I want it to be.

Currently a month here and I look like a fcking hobo, im trying to show commitment, but I honestly look like a pyar tramp.

That's pretty much what my beard is like now, 6 months in. Bigger mussy, chin area right up to underneath the bottom lip and more around the sides though.

Last time I shaved was a month ago at a funeral, lost my beard trimmer though and didn't realise, and I refuse to buy one because I know I'll then find the lost one

People are grabbing my beard all over the gaff these days, I had a woman in work stroke my face today FFS

Sad to report the death of my full on 8 month beard. I needed to replace my passport.
