Just had the first one of the year, took longer to clean it up than cook the food tbh.

Pork belly, rib eye, sausages and chicken breasts.

The neighbours must have enjoyed the smell, they’ve just all been out to give me a clap.

I remember finding a BBQ on Andros island. Had been touched/cleaned in about 5 years. Cooked brilliantly. They fools who clean BBQ and don’t let the fat and insects leach off of them are weirdos. Dirty BBQs are the best.

Friday has become BBQ day here for tomorrow I've gone for a brisket, a 7 hour cook may be a bit too ambitious for a novice like me but we'll see how it turns out.

It keeps the dog in, he used to run off and come back covered in silage run off the smelly git, got sick of washing him almost every day so got a fence.

You have a disobedient dog and a bbq, have you considered a Korean themed night?
