I love a BBQ but have never been too adventurous, just the usual burgers, chicken,sausages, steak and some veg like mushrooms and peppers. Tomorrow I'm going to attempt a loin of pork. Are there any grilling enthusiast or pit masters on here that can offer tips?

What sort of BBQ have you got mate? Gas? Charcoal?
