Do they still feature people who voice their viewpoint, literally, via recorded messages?
I'd be mortified if I was contacted to do that, my opinion wouldn't matter as much at all on reflection!
It takes a particular type of grump to go to those lengths, about a TV programme of all things.

Takes one to know one I suppose :)

I'm frankly astounded by them, at first. Then, in a rare moment of self-awareness, I reflect on how any of my Everton related moans on here come across to outsiders ?.

shut up dork

Dear Anne,

I am writing to express my shock and alarm at the standard of argument that WA Toffee has expressed in reaction to my post. Rather than a polite and constructive criticism that can act as the starting point for a mutually beneficial dialogue, it reduces the conflict to destructive point-scoring and name calling.

It's my belief that an enlightened society is built upon reasoned and healthy debate, and one should never feel threatened to express their opinion due to fear of social pressure from any group or individual.

I will continue to believe the Pen is mightier than the Flame, and hope that my opinion are preserved in the archive for posterity no matter what the fad of the day may be.

Yours faithfully,

evilwebby

Why do you have 2 spaces after the first paragraph?
And if you address the person by name, it should then be sincerely, not faithfully.

No wonder the show got canned ?
