For some reason I couldn't see Klopp leaving the RS if Bayern came in for him.

I have no sympathy for him I personally feel he should have been taken out a shot after the debacle of Istanbul.

It will be Julian Nagelsmann, if not this season, then next. They will wait for him I think, so they will stick with Sagnol if they have to wait maybe. I don't see Jürgen Klopp going back to Germany at this stage.

Klopp's not covered himself in glory though has he? He's got a wonderful media team bugging him up as he keeps managing overly emotional clubs whose fans adore him like a cult, but Bayern will look at it him and think there's a bloke who's lost nearly every major final he's been in, hasn't challenged for the title once in two goes in England, and seems unable to have a plan B or build a defence. Wouldn't surprise me at all if they were looking elsewhere. Simeone has the sort of profile to make their shortlist.

I don't think they'd look at his record in the premier league, because it's not like he's coaching one of the rich teams who can and will spend a hundred million in a second! He's coaching a fallen giant who don't have a squad comparable with 4 or 5 other teams, so in that case, he probably over-achieved last season.

But he won't go to Bayern Munich anyway. It is not really the sort of job he's ever taken, even if they wanted him again.

I'd love it if Thomas Tuchel went there, but I think Bayern will be wary of appointing him because of his reputation. So I am still going for Nagelsmann.
