Battle for The Drop

I want to see Villa go down in all honesty.

Personally the teams at risk are;

Norwich- I don't think Hughton is a good manager at all, a competent one sure but will never progress the team. They have some good players but lack of goals and weakness in defence and concentration will send them down i htink.

Stoke- Mark Hughes is trying to save a sinking ship. Pulis got them up and stayed up by playing his brand of football with his type of players. As soon as they removed that factor they have struggled and i think they will pick less points up over the remaining teams and just drop in.

Cardiff- Very sad this i think. Malkay's team being managed by another who bought as many players we could in in the hope they stay up. Third team in 2 seasons to malke this mistake and unless Ole is a great manager after all, they will be down by april.

Sunderland- Not convinced by them at all. I thought Poyet and his players would really start to kick on and they havent really done that. Self inflicted sadly but they may well get caught at btheir current rate of performances.

Fulham- An odd one this. Watching some of their game vs Arsenal months ago i thought them to be a great team almost. Some great midfielders and strikers who could score. Defensively weak but money could solve that problem after being bought out too late to spend in August. Rene isnt doing a very good job right now despite him being tipped otherwise and letting some of their most talented players leave in Jan may cost them eventually if they have no creativity.

I'd like it to be West Ham, Villa and Stoke, but I think it'll be Fulham, Cardiff and Palace. I can't see Palace keeping up the form they're in, despite some decent signings in January, although I wouldn't mind them staying in the league.

The relegation battle is rubbish without every single pundit insisting wigan are a joke and will go down only for them to pull a great escape out the bag. 8 years of defying the odds and to end it with an FA Cup, for Wigan, is remarkable.

Fairly sure Cardiff will go down, quite possibly Fulham.

Villa are in awful form, could fall down a bit too far. Norwich seem to be the only team to have plodded along all season at the same level of gashness. Hell, even West Ham have won 3 on the spin. West Brom, Stoke, Hull, all in the mix.

Think Palace, Sunderland and Swansea will keep above it.
