Ok, now I don't advocate hitting women in the slightest - I think it shows massive weakness.

However, if a woman takes a hammer to me, stubs ciggy's up my nose and burns my arms with a hot iron, well I'm sorry the bitch is going down, quickly followed by me walking out of the relationship.

I just don't get this at all.

A good friend of mine is an ex boxer, and an instructor in Karate. He's a sweet guy too, but can definitely handle himself more than your average Joe if he needed to.

He's just left his relationship after many years due to his ex missus beating him up, be it fists, bottles etc etc. He'd regularly have a black eye, which I presumed was down to his Karate, but obviously not. :huh:

My take on women hitting men is that if they attack me, then they'd get a proper telling off, and probably a sharp slap. Not sure how I'd react if a woman was beating my wife or daughter up though.
I think that scenario would definitely warrant a slap that they wouldn't get up from in a hurry.

They wouldn't even have to go that far with me mate.

As the parent of a 'little angel' is about to find out, just making sure I have all facts in place before laying down my rules to her, if there's no satisfaction gained then it's onto stage 2. I will point out that she really doesn't want me going anywhere near stage 2, as it will not have a beneficial conclusion for her. I've had a couple of Samuel L Jackson moments and I feel another one on the horizon, not violent but far more effective. Staying calm can be very advantageous.

Having your kids threatened/intimidated/bullied is no laughing matter and you take it far worse than it being yourself, anyone who ignores it needs to have a long hard look at themselves, it's a parents responsibility.
You would go after anyone who harmed/threatened your sisters, imagine it being one of your kids.
