Bathroom installations

What's a standard day rate for labour to do a bathroom? It's a rejig of pipes, adding in a walk in shower and moving things around, so would take longer than a standard 2 weeks.

We've got two people in mind to do it properly but just want to check their rates aren't excessive.

Ive just done 5 minutes in the garden mate, im not moving from this chair for the the rest of the week.

They make it sound harder than what it is to get bigger quotes....
