Should he be awarded a place on the EL squad ?

He is running down his contract and that could be always the initial plan. He costed or would cost the club millions of pounds. I won't care if one does not want to stay but his action indicated that he does not give a hack about Everton.
 


I'd add him. Being Cup tied would be a larf & besides, I'd leave him on the bench to help him adjust to being a Chelsea player....
