Can't sell or sign players or presumably loan players out. Its a complete transfer ban. We ain't getting anyone from Barcelona. What I find amusing is that the amazing "La Masia" Academy has not been entirely legal and so has cost the first team a chance at the title for next year. Global exposure will drop a bit too IMOThey have a good enough squad to get through next season doing just as well. I'd say their squad would still be big enough to let Deulofeu go on loan too

just the one player for Chelsea however. Barcelona has been consistently doing it with 10 players over the space of 4 years, plus the other breaches mentioned in the statement from Fifa. Can't see them getting off it.Chelsea were hit with a two-window transfer ban by FIFA in 2010, but won appeal at the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
