I think he deserves all the criticism he gets personally. He's held on to the toy set because of one or both of the following reasons - because it's fun, and/or because he's waiting for the big cash in rather than look to do what's best for the club, which is sell up to people with a vision of how to move it on, rather than see it stagnate.

Either way, he's being selfish, either egotistically or financially, and as a supposed Blue that's pretty much unforgivable for a lot of people.

this toy set appears to be sitting on a very dusty shelf, as nobody seems interested in buying it

Got to ask yourself why isnt anyone looking at us. Its been decades now and we've barely had a sniff. Either they want too much or w arent for sale

or there are clubs who don't carry the burden of needing a new stadium
