I don't know what the out come was...I'd give it to the batsman on reasonable doubt, but I've seen worse given wrongly and no accusations.

Having kept wicket a lot myself my first thought on seeing this is was that he was not cheating. To me it looked like he was too far back in the first place and being a short ars as well as short arms he just could not reach the stumps.
