....I have no idea what this thread is about. Never heard of a football club called Bands so can’t understand why they would have an exhibition. Also never heard of a place called BME so wouldn’t even know where to go to see it.

British Music Experience down at the Pier Head.

It's good, make sure you go and see it. Isn't there for much longer I don't think

It's a Twitter account that was set up last year, Eggs.

Basically, a pair of graphic designers combined their love for music and football by redesigning club emblems/badges as bands.

There'll usually be a link (i.e. Oasis - City) but sometimes it's more to do with how the emblems look etc.

I've got a few of the badges myself (they started doing badges and kits when it kicked off big). Tbf, maybe it went a bit overkill, but it's a neat idea and it really took off in a matter of days.
