Now that pineapple on pizza has finally been consigned to damnation in the pits of the bbc paedo den, I got thinking what will replace pineapple on pizza as the most inappropriate place to find fruit/veg in food/drink?? Pineapple on pizza is the devil's food and badly hendownam
