Baines back in the fold in the Philip Lahm role

Anybody think we could fill this glaring hole in our squad by leveraging Baines in the role Lahm played in his final season at Bayern?

Now we have Ashley Cole in as left back coach, Baines is surplus to requirements in the backroom staff and can help us in the first team.

Either that or play Townsend there.
