Did anyone watch this on BBC the other night? Absolutely disgusting how the death of a child was used as a political weapon by certain parties, how stories were fed to papers prior to Prime Ministers question time to cause outrage within the general public and how these people within government fed certain people to the lions.

Also how the 'Scum' newspaper although had legitimate info chose to ignore it to cause further outrage and further their agenda and petition for the social workers/doctors involved in the case to be struck off. Not that this should surprise any of us!

It also gave a new perspective on the people who were in charge of Baby P's safeguarding and the struggles they had through legislation and lack of support from certain bodies and how utterly vilified they were there afterwards.

The poor little lad, absolutely horrific in every detail.

I'm more outraged that the scum that killed the little boy weren't hung from the nearest lamp post like the animals they are

It was a fascinating watch. Another insight into everyone trying to cover each others back when it all goes wrong. As someone on the programme said, it's when all these failings happen at once in one case then you get a tragedy like that. The media and the police up to their scumbag tricks again, while individuals got hung, drawn and quartered.

Very good programme, crazy cover up!! Social workers and doctors made scapegoats by the powers above them!!!!sad the way everybody wanted the blood of the social workers and doctors instead of the person who caused the child his injuries and then his untimely death.
