Not on capital punishment at all as many will know but not gonna lose any sleep over this. The fact is he had guns in his car, therefore the copper had every right to believe he could have gone for one of them. This to me stinks of 'white policeman shoots dead black criminal must get conviction otherwise everyone will deem it a racist institichooooshun like back in the Stephen Lawrence days'.
