I'm wanting to try and get to more away games this season and i was just wondering what away games are best to go to, best for atmosphere, ticket prices ect and an away game where it is easy to get tickets for (that go to general sale), if anyone could give me any opinions that would be great.

Thanks.

i dont get to many myself , but get to any one you can mate, its Everton innit. but tickets for the aways are like chocolate rocking horse sh!t unless you go from the beginning of the season. the expensive ones like man u seem to be the easiest.

Stoke, Sunderland and Wolves are some of the best aways I've been to, which wouldn't be overly difficult to get tickets for in comparison to Liverpool or one of the London games. Bolton away is always an easy ticket, but generally a boring game with a poor atmosphere. West Brom away was quite good last year, too, even though we got beat.

I liked West Brom the other year, was a great and hostile atmosphere, fulham and chelsea dont have great atmosphere's but fulham especially is a great little ground right next to the thems. Never been Newcastle and Arsenal but im sure there great places to go and the two grounds i want to go this season. Im sure Norwich and Swansea will be great places to go aswell, and not too expensive im guessing.

Recommend West Brom the most

Ok thanks lads, been to a few away games over the last few seasons. but haven't been able to get to many each season, went to bolton last season and as you can imagine it wasen't the best day out.

Sorry but what the actual [Poor language removed] does that mean? I'm genuinely interested...

an old indian proverb, it got lost in translation, anyway my `advice` was rubbish as i was going on previous seasons aways when tickets were hard to come by so i hope snipper doesnt `cast his underpants on the sabbath`

Yeah, it was a very depressing day, the wait to get into the trainstation after the game when it was pissing it down topped it off.

The worst thing about that train station wait was the fact Bolton fans were actually right when they sang about how bad we were/are. Oh it's fun times being a blue!

Oh god, it's all coming back to me, i'm hoping the next away game i pick it will be a much better result than that.

The good news is we're not Wigan or Swansea so it probably will be. Villa's a good one too that nobody's mentioned - might be a bit trickier to get tickets to though.
