Won’t get away games unless he’s a season ticket holder with credits from last season. Haven’t seen an away game go down to members for quite some time. Can anyone tell me what day of the week tickets go on sale for forever blue + members and for the away games please.
Trying to buy some for my husband.
Thanks
The system isn't unfair, its as fair as it can possibly be. It rewards those who go all the time, which is how it should be.I've always thought it's unfair the way the club distributes the tickets for away games. They basically sell them to the same people season in season out.
I've been a season ticket holder for 30 years and go to all home cup ties but never have enough credits for any away game.
If you’ve been a STH for 30 years then there is zero reason why you couldn’t be in a very healthy position on the “away credit ladder” right now if you really wanted to be. In fact you could easily be on max credits.I've always thought it's unfair the way the club distributes the tickets for away games. They basically sell them to the same people season in season out.

The last one was United FA Cup away in 2023 the one we got 9k allocation for. I was a member at the time and got a couple ticketsWon’t get away games unless he’s a season ticket holder with credits from last season. Haven’t seen an away game go down to members for quite some time.
For home matches, I think it’ll be a Monday or Tuesday for +members and then the day after for standard members if there are any left. That aligns with what happened for the most part last season.
How the hell could I be on max credits when I didnt have enough credits to get a ticket for a single away match last season? If you’ve been a STH for 30 years then there is zero reason why you couldn’t be in a very healthy position on the “away credit ladder” right now if you really wanted to be. Even people who only got a ST around 8 years ago could now be on 21 of 23 away credits from last season (everything other than Brentford and Bournemouth away).
And if you got a ST as recent as about 3 years ago, as long as you bought the home/away cup games, you could still have qualified and bought tickets over the last few seasons for the bigger allocation away league games, such as Newcastle, Leicester, Saints etc.
As others have said, unfortunately as a member he won't ever get a look in for away games. Can anyone tell me what day of the week tickets go on sale for forever blue + members and for the away games please.

By going to them all years ago when they never used to sell out instantly and building them up by going to the likes of Southampton on a Tuesday night. The credit system is by far the fairest way to allocate the away tickets. How the hell could I be on max credits when I didnt have enough credits to get a ticket for a single away match last season?
My point was, you could have been on max credits if you’d started going to away games at some point in the last 30 years, not just from last seasonHow the hell could I be on max credits when I didnt have enough credits to get a ticket for a single away match last season?
Anyone remember when they first started using away loyalty in the late 90s and you used to have to glue your ticket stubs onto a savings sheet?
It was open to abuse that system tbf.And everyone would jump on eBay and buy stubs![]()
